During May through October we have a two-night minimum, Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday on weekend night stays. These will show on our Availability Calendar. Some holiday weekends have a three night minimum. If you would like to book a single weekend night only during that time, please contact us directly for availability. Thank you!
- Weeknight rates are valid for Sunday through Thursday night Check-in; 1 night stay is always available.
- Rates go up $20 per night June-Oct weekends.
- Rates for suite & king room on 2 night packages/specials is $40 more ($20/night).
- Please Check-in between 3:00 - 5:00 pm. For late Check-in, we can make special arrangements with you. For early Check-in, we can get you settled in if you room may not be ready till 3:00 pm.
- Check out is 11:00 am on departure date.
- Children 10 years old and over are welcome.

- Rates are based on double occupancy
- $30 extra per person over two (Elliot Room sleeps 3 (Queen w/ cot) & Morgan Room can sleep 4 (Queen & double).
- NO SMOKING anywhere inside the house. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in a cleaning fee to be charged to your credit card. (It usually makes the room un-rentable to the next incoming guest).
- CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 10% processing fee for all cancellations. If you must cancel less than two weeks away for ANY reason you will be refunded only for the portion of your stay we are able to rebook. NO EXCEPTIONS. Since we are a small inn, and we count on every reservation, we must schedule arrivals and departures carefully.
